Qiveda
The Living Practice

Taught by hand.

Founder direct transmission. The deepest form of the work.

Four months, held for a few at a time. Twenty years of practice with extraordinary teachers, some of whom do not wish to be named.

“My life is just better. It’s just better in every way.”

Ben Moss, Miami, Florida
The Change

Health. Happiness. Relationships.
Business. Spirit.

The work starts in the body and refuses to stay there. Your sleep deepens and your energy turns vibrant, and the steadiness that builds in the practice carries into your relationships and into your work. Those who have committed at this level have seen the practice reach every part of their life.

Clarity

“The clarity I witness in myself was night and day.”

Thomas Hoeffgen, Brooklyn, New York
Composure

“It allows me a little bit of pause in between the stimulus and the response.”

Cassandra Montoya, Albuquerque, New Mexico
Vitality

“The energy I carry is ten times what I had before.”

Thomas Hoeffgen, Brooklyn, New York
Embodiment

“It’s almost like you have this new language that you can use to communicate with your body.”

Dan Lievens, Austin, Texas
The Work

The practice takes your shape.

This is the same living practice behind every door of Qiveda, shaped here to a single person. I start from your body and your history, where you run strong and where you run thin. Then I build the forms, the breath work, and the daily practices around the life you are living. We meet weekly online.

Between the sessions you train nearly every day, and that is where the change happens. I set the course and correct it, and your daily practice does the rest.

And the gold in this work is not me teaching you the practice. That is only the roadmap. The gold is the journey you have with yourself, your own experience inside the practice. That is where the transformation happens. That is where you come to know yourself.

The Four Months

Four months, stage by stage.

The practice moves up a ladder thousands of years old, and the four months climb it one rung at a time.
01

Body

Bodily fluids transform into essence
The First Month

This month is given to the body, and it is honest work. You will be more tired and hungrier than usual, and that is the foundation going in. By the end you have built the vessel that everything after depends on.

“I didn’t really anticipate or believe that this practice could be very physically demanding. Boy, I was wrong about that.”

Ben Moss, Miami, Florida
02

Qi

Essence transforms into qi
The Second Month

With the vessel built, we fill it. Qi gathers in the body now, and this is the month you feel the turn, when your energy and your health start climbing and the practice gives back more than it asks.

“It builds life force within you due to the fluid nature of Qigong.”

Kris Lajeskie, Santa Fe, New Mexico
03

Spirit

Qi transforms into spirit
The Third Month

Spirit is will power made strong, the part of you that holds when life gets hard. This month you train it directly, setting direction and making choices that used to stall you, and you cross your own barriers with ease and grace. Your capacity grows, and the edges of your comfort zone move outward with it.

“It allows me to mentally tackle a lot of challenges that I don’t feel like I had the mental capacity to do before.”

Felipe Garza, San Antonio, Texas
04

Nature

Spirit transforms into nature
The Fourth Month

The final month weaves the practice into your life. You learn which tool to reach for and when, the exercises and the meditations that meet each moment, and the change shows up in your focus, your presence, and your relationships. The practice settles into the way you live, one with the living world.

“It’s not a fix, it’s not a pill that you take to get rid of a headache. It’s a way of life.”

Dan Lievens, Austin, Texas
Four months end. The practice is yours for life.

“How can I build my life around this practice, as opposed to how can I build this practice into my life.”

Travis Hill, Round Rock, Texas
Who Comes

By referral, until now.

For more than five years this work has moved by word of mouth alone: professional athletes, doctors, surgeons, biohackers, entrepreneurs, people performing at the top one percent, each one sent by the student before them. This page is the first open door to it.

They come for performance, recovery, a steadier nervous system, or a practice of their own that lasts. Underneath all of it they find the same living practice, and a teacher whose eye is on their form alone.

Greg Kheel, founder of Qiveda

This asks for more than interest.

This is for you if
  • You will train nearly every day, not when it is convenient.
  • You want the practice to become a way of life, not an item on a list.
  • You want to be met directly, and told the truth about your practice.
  • You are ready to dedicate yourself to becoming the best version of yourself.
This is not for you if
  • You are looking for a quick fix or a ten-minute hack.
  • You want a library of videos to watch on your own time.
  • You want to collect a certificate rather than build a practice.
  • You are not ready to show up for yourself every day.

“This is a commitment. This is not easy. This is not a minimal amount of time. This is what I would say is a lifestyle. You have to want it.”

Ben Moss, Miami, Florida
Apply

Held for a few at a time.

The work asks for real dedication. You train nearly every day, and everything is shaped around the time you give. If that is you, write, and the first conversation is just that, a conversation.

I read every application myself.

“It’s the difference between doing the practice and not doing the practice. It’s the difference between changing your life and not changing your life.”

Ben Moss, Miami, Florida

“Don’t second guess yourself. Just do it. Commit to the practice.”
