THE QIVEDA METHOD

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes! While lessons are set up to be delivered weekly and we encourage that you attend live, you do not need to follow this timeline. You can absolutely follow the course at your own speed. However, each lesson stacks on top of the next. Without adequate practice in between sessions, you will not get the full benefits.
Once you have completed the 100 days of mastery, then you will be presented with more advanced trainings and the opportunity to work with Greg on a one on one basis.
This form of Qigong has been taught to athletes as well as individuals in a wheel chair. It can be adapted to meet the needs of anyone and as long as you have an open mind, no prior experience is needed.
